Шанхай 600 кВт дизельный генератор

Product Introduction

The Shangchai diesel generator set has an integral crankshaft, a gantry type body, a flat cut connecting rod, a short piston, a compact and reasonable appearance, and strong compatibility. It can be interchanged with the old 135 diesel engine as a whole; Optimize the design of lubrication and cooling systems, reduce the number of external pipelines and components, and use a whole brushless AC generator to greatly improve the three leaks and enhance reliability. Equipped with J98 and J114B exhaust gas turbochargers, it has strong high-altitude working ability. When used at an altitude of 5000m, the power will be less than 3%.

Product advantages

Emissions: Meet the third stage of non road emissions in China

High reliability: The cylinder block adopts cast iron and grid structure, and the cylinder body has high strength; The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy steel material

High economic efficiency: High filtration precision fuel filter, centrifugal rotor oil filter, ensuring high filtration precision, providing cleaner fuel and oil, with a filter element replacement cycle of up to 500 hours; Reduce usage costs

High maintenance convenience: There are observation windows arranged on both sides of the body, which facilitate the replacement of connecting rods and connecting rod bushings

Good environmental adaptability: standard intake heater, reserved water heating inlet and outlet interface, good cold start performance in low-temperature environment

Application field

The product is widely used in national key projects such as fire emergency, data centers, power, factories, communications, municipal engineering, water conservancy engineering, construction, agricultural breeding, mining, oil and gas transportation, chemical industry, coal, etc.
